Job Title: Project Management Specialist - Real Estate

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects in the real estate industry.

This role requires a strong background in project planning, scheduling, procurement, contracts, architecture, design, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for large-scale developments such as residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery, including contract administration, procurement, and quality control.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage project documentation, including reports, minutes, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical and contractual issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 25 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction and real estate development.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
