Electrical Project Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Specialist with expertise in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) to manage electrical project planning, execution, and monitoring. The successful candidate will work with site teams and contractors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor electrical projects from initiation to completion.
  • Work collaboratively with site teams and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Design electrical circuits and perform simulations using relevant tools and software.
  • Resolve on-site technical issues and perform troubleshooting to ensure project continuity.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and site coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage AutoCAD drawings and updates to reflect project progress and changes.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies as needed to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Supervise electrical installations and maintenance as per project specifications and local safety codes.

The ideal candidate should possess a B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience, including on-site project management, prior experience working with A-Class contractors, and mandatory licenses such as Wireman License, Supervisor Permit, and Signing Authority for electrical works. Prior experience with project planning, execution, and monitoring is essential for this role.
