Strategic HR Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Seamless employee onboarding and assimilation
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment
  • Develop and nurture the DC brand to ensure business continuity
  • Foster a high-performance work environment and promote diversity and inclusivity
  • Protect the organization's interests and take disciplinary action when necessary
  • Implement rewards and recognition programs to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
  • Manage employee grievances including anti-sexual harassment and workplace concerns
  • Oversee the Health & Wellness program
  • Establish robust communication forums for interactions between management and employees

Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW or equivalent
  • 11-17 years of experience
