Job Title:

Treasury Manager

Job Description:
  • Reconcile corporate bank accounts on a daily basis as part of the daily cash projection process.
  • Prepare weekly cash reporting for distribution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues with banks related to store deposit accounts.
  • Prepare monthly cash, deferred financing, and treasury accrual journal entries.
  • Enter journal entries into accounting software.
  • Manage ACHs and wires in financial systems.
  • Act as administrator for online banking portals.
  • Prepare Borrowing Base Certificate (BBC) reports.
  • Compile and upload files for compliance reporting.
  • Review account analysis for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with banks.
  • Order banking supplies for stores as needed.
  • Prepare audit documentation related to loans or banking requests.
  • Support preparation of treasury-related budget items.
  • Manage banking and treasury activities for new store openings and closures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or a similar finance role.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, ACH/wire processes, and cash flow management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
