Job Summary

Financial Operations Specialist
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role involves preparing and verifying purchase and sales bills, matching with POs, invoices, and supplementary bills.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for controlling cash flow, preparing vouchers, and entering daily transactions into accounting books/ERP.
  • They will manage creditors and make vendor payments via NEFT/RTGS, handle LC documentation, and liaise with bankers for daily operations.
  • The Financial Operations Specialist will also prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), compute salaries and wages, maintain Salary and Attendance Registers, and prepare monthly stock statements for banks (Cash Credit facility).
  • Additionally, they will assist in finalizing accounts (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow), draft official letters related to accounts and statutory matters, and prepare MIS reports for management.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and verification of purchase and sales bills
  • Control of cash flow, preparation of vouchers, and entry of daily transactions into accounting books/ERP

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (minimum)
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Taxation, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple statutory timelines

 

 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters' degree in Finance or Accounts (preferred)
  • Specialization in finance/accounts (preferred)
