Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor cash flows, ensuring efficient reconciliation and timely processing.
  • Analyze and implement strategies to improve collection efficiency, reduce delinquencies, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues, promoting effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators, including metrics on cash flow management, collection rates, and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and laws governing the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to think critically and strategically, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improvement.
