Front Desk Representative Job Overview

The Front Desk Representative is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
    • Manage reception area, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.
    • Handle courier, mail, and document coordination.
    • Schedule and manage meeting rooms, appointments, and visitor logs.
    • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
    • Provide administrative support to management when required.
    • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries.
    • Divert sales leads to relevant stakeholders and maintain customer relationships.
    • Assist in sending brochures to potential clients.
    • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and agreements.
    • Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client and sales information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education Qualification: Any bachelor's degree.
  • Work Experience: 3 – 5 years
  • Presentable, excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
