Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Management: Oversee and manage a development team, ensuring efficient task management and timely project delivery.
  • Technical Project Ownership: Lead technical projects, guaranteeing high-quality output and adherence to established timelines.
  • Hands-on Expertise: Provide hands-on guidance and technical expertise in either frontend or backend development, focusing on building scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new product features.
Requirements
  • Experience:
  • 6-9 years of hands-on development experience in frontend technologies OR backend technologies and JavaScript.
  • 2-3 years of experience specifically in managing and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong technical foundation with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
