Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Process Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, implementing, and testing process models, logic emulation, and GUI development for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain process models, including configuration and delivery of DTS/OTS projects.
  • Leverage dynamic simulation tools such as Aspen Hysys, Aspen Plus, and Unisim to analyze and optimize process operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Support the generation of project documentation and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Petrochemical Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • 8-12 years of experience in dynamic process simulation, with expertise in process plant operations.
  • Familiarity with integrating process models with control/safety systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in MS Office applications.
