Job Description

The Divisional Financial Controller is a key role that entails providing business and financial support to the Division Country/Operations Manager and team. This involves engaging with operational organizations to provide business performance insights and forward-looking analysis, facilitating informed decision-making.

  • Prepare Tender/Proposal Technical Documentation
  • Approve and Finalize Contract
  • Prioritize Opportunities for Engagement
  • Analyse Customer Contract Commercial Performance
  • Prepare Contract Extension
  • Prepare Contract Early Termination
  • Analyse Customer Contract Financial Performance
  • Develop Income Before Tax Forecast
  • Develop Direct Contribution Margin Forecast
  • Review Contract Profitability
  • Review Business Unit Profitability
  • Record Revenue Accruals
  • Conduct Contract Assessment
  • Validate Revenue Recognition Criteria
  • Perform Revenue Accounting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in a business analysis capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the finance sector.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Key Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller who possesses a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field. A Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in a finance-related role, preferably in a business analysis capacity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential.
