Job Title: Mechanical and Electrical Project Manager

This role involves overseeing the execution of mechanical and electrical projects from design to commissioning. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management, team leadership, and a strong understanding of building services.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams of engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and other consultants, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to project teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the MEP industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with construction software, such as Procore, Asana, or Trello.
