Marketing Field Representative

We are seeking a driven Marketing Field Representative to join our team.

As a Marketing Field Representative, you will be responsible for executing business-to-location (BTL) activities such as:

  • Establishing partnerships with educational institutions and organizing seminars.
  • Implementing apartment and community campaigns.
  • Organizing roadshows, kiosks, stalls, and local events.
  • Hosting parent-student meets and referral programs.
  • Promoting scholarship tests and raising awareness about our services.
  • Generating student leads and increasing walk-ins for admissions.
  • Collaborating with the Sales team to achieve admission targets.
  • Maintaining brand visibility through posters, banners, events, and other offline promotions.
  • Building strong relationships with schools, colleges, and communities.
  • Providing daily/weekly reports on activities and leads generated.

What We Are Looking For

  • A graduate degree in marketing or business, preferably an MBA.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or fieldwork, preferably in the education sector.
  • Freshers with good energy and local market knowledge can also apply.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to travel across the city.
  • Passion for field marketing and admissions.
