Lead Development Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing meaningful connections with potential learners. Your primary objective is to understand their requirements and arrange video counselling sessions with our Admission Counsellors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with assigned leads through the auto dialer system, promptly initiating contact and assessing their interest in our programs.
  • Qualify leads by evaluating their eligibility and needs, ensuring a smooth enrolment process.
  • Develop rapport, credibility, and trust with leads through effective communication and active listening.
  • Coordinate schedules and facilitate seamless communication between leads and Admission Counsellors.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Edtech sales, preferably with at least 1 year spent in a single company.
  • Graduate degree required.
  • Previous experience working a 6-day week.
  • Currently working as an individual contributor.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets in the existing company.
Essential Skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a focus on fluency in English.
  • Effective listening skills, with the ability to build trust and approach situations with patience and empathy.
  • Persuasive skills, with the ability to influence learners' decisions to attend video counselling sessions.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM management for administrative tasks and reporting requirements.
