We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Development Lead to spearhead backend architecture, drive technical excellence, and lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-performance applications.

About the Role

  • This role is ideal for an experienced developer who can oversee backend development, guide engineers, and implement best practices.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead backend development using modern PHP frameworks like Laravel.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems that meet business needs.
  • Manage system integrations via APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI, and third-party services.
  • Oversee projects involving e-commerce platforms like Magento, WordPress, and Shopify.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and implement coding standards.
  • Collaborate with product, design, frontend, and DevOps teams for end-to-end delivery.
  • Ensure performance optimization, code quality, and effective documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Desirable Skills:
  • 5-7 years of experience in backend development with a strong background in PHP and Laravel.
  • Experience working with Magento, WordPress, and Shopify.
  • Strong knowledge of system integrations using APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI, and webhooks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control (Git).
  • Cloud platforms, especially AWS.
  • Agile methodologies and excellent team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points

  • Familiarity with Java, ReactJS, Node.js, MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB.
