Executive Learning Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless user account management, permissions, and trainer training.
- Key Responsibilities
- Administer all LMS activities, including user account management and permissions.
- Train trainers on the LMS tool.
- Upload, organize, and maintain digital learning content within the LMS.
- Analyze, update, and refine existing online content.
- Create and manage learning dashboards.
Content Development:
- Prepare and curate SOPs for each department.
- Manage and update the training content repository.
- Manage e-learning module creation through an external vendor.
- Develop bite-sized learning modules, preferably video-based, for new topics.
Requirements:
- MBA in Human Resources.
- Relevant hospitality experience is advantageous.
- Fluent English language skills.
