Job Summary

As a Senior Associate, Paid Social, you will play a crucial role in the success of our digital marketing campaigns.

  • Develop and execute paid social media strategies to drive business growth and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage and optimize social media ad spend across multiple platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and Twitter.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure paid social media campaigns according to client requirements, including ad creatives, targeting options, and budget allocation.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement optimizations to meet client goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to junior team members on paid social media best practices and platform-specific features.
Requirements

To succeed as a Senior Associate, Paid Social, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of paid social media advertising platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
