About Bulba

Bulba is a marketing platform that connects brands with local creators. Instead of paying influencers cash, brands offer experiences in exchange for social media promotion on Instagram Reels and TikTok.

We're expanding into a full marketing suite and discovery platform, and we're looking for a performance-driven Digital Ads Specialist to scale our paid media efforts, generate qualified leads, and help drive brand adoption globally.

Role Overview

As a Digital Ads Specialist, you'll own the paid acquisition funnel — planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that bring new businesses onto Bulba's platform. You'll work closely with the founders and growth team to target the right businesses, maximize ROI, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

If you've run high-performing ad campaigns in B2B SaaS or consumer tech, thrive on data-driven experimentation, and can craft messaging that resonates with decision-makers, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid media strategy across LinkedIn, Google Search & Display, Meta, and programmatic ABM platforms.
  • Manage targeting, retargeting, and segmentation (firmographics, job titles).
