Project Sales Manager for Construction Chemicals Division

We are seeking a talented Project Sales Manager for Construction Chemicals Division to join our team in Pune. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in sales and business development within the construction chemicals industry.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide technical support for product applications.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business expansion.
Requirements:
- B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization; Diploma in Chemical also considered.
- At least 1-6 years of experience in the construction chemical (Waterproofing Sales) industry or chemicals industry.
- Strong understanding of construction chemicals, particularly waterproofing sales.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
