Business Development Lead Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to drive growth and expansion in our specialty chemicals manufacturing company. As a Business Development Lead, you will play a critical role in establishing and executing strategic plans to penetrate new markets and strengthen existing relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute BD strategies for specialty flame retardant chemicals and ingredients used for masterbatch manufacturing.
  • Identify potential customers across plastics, textiles, construction, and electronics industries.
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, compounders, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to position products effectively.
  • Drive sales growth, pricing strategy, and product positioning.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape.
  • Ensure smooth coordination from sampling to order finalization and after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or business development of flame retardant chemicals.
  • Strong technical understanding, market mapping, and customer engagement skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
