Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Strategist to spearhead our marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our business objectives, driving growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, leveraging analytics tools for optimization.
  • Track campaign performance using data-driven insights, refining marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
  • Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, social media posts, and advertisements, enhancing brand awareness.
  • Oversee the creation of visual content, including graphics and videos, elevating our online presence.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including the website, email campaigns, and social media channels, fostering customer engagement.
  • Optimize website and campaigns for SEO and paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads), amplifying our reach.
  • Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote the company, solidifying industry connections.
  • Handle logistics, marketing collateral, and follow-ups after events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Engage with customers through surveys, focus groups, and feedback channels to understand their needs, driving customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance customer experience through personalized marketing efforts, building brand loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) like traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, providing actionable insights for strategy optimization.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing.
