Role Overview The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across digital and offline channels building brand visibility and driving customer acquisition and retention This role requires a creative yet data-driven professional with experience in e-commerce and a strong understanding of fashion luxury consumer behavior Key Responsibilities1 Strategy Planning Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with brand goals Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities Define KPIs and track performance to ensure ROI on all marketing initiatives 2 Digital Marketing Oversee paid campaigns on Facebook Instagram Google Ads and other channels Manage SEO content marketing influencer collaborations and email marketing Plan and execute social media content calendars with creative and design teams 3 Brand Building Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints Develop seasonal campaign themes lookbooks and product launch strategies Collaborate with PR agencies stylists and photographers for brand storytelling 4 Partnerships Events Identify and manage influencer partnerships affiliate programs and brand collaborations Plan pop-ups exhibitions and sponsorship activities to enhance brand presence 5 Analytics Reporting Track campaign performance using analytics tools and present actionable insights Optimize marketing spend based on performance metrics and market trends Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field 4 years of marketing experience preferably in e-commerce fashion or luxury retail Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools social media platforms and analytics Creative thinker with excellent storytelling and brand positioning skills Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager Canva Adobe Suite Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Experience Graphic design 1 year Required Social media management 3 years Required License Certification Graphics design certification Preferred Social Media Certification Preferred Work Location In person
