Job Description:

The role of Data Analyst Intern will involve working with large data sets to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement. This includes collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR and business data.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience, and retention using Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL.

An ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate technical data findings into clear executive summaries.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory working knowledge of Excel (SQL - Good to have)
  • Experience building data models, creating interactive dashboards, and automating HR reports in Power BI/Tableau
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and generate actionable recommendations
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical data findings into clear executive summaries for HR and business leaders
