Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an analytical professional to join our HR team as a Senior Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR data reporting, analytics, dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy to support strategic decision-making across the HR function.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and maintain regular HR reports, dashboards, and metrics related to headcount, attrition, hiring, attendance, employee engagement, PMS data, etc.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across various HR systems and reports.
  • Collaborate with different HR verticals (Talent Acquisition, L&D, HR Operations, etc.) to gather data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Automate reports and streamline reporting processes using tools like Excel (advanced functions), Power BI/Tableau, or other analytics platforms.
  • Support audits, compliance, and internal reporting requirements by providing accurate and timely data.
  • Monitor and track key HR KPIs and suggest actionable insights.
  • Support ad hoc data/reporting requests from management and HR leadership.
