Key Responsibilities

The Emerging Markets specialist oversees order servicing for regional Sales Teams within a defined customer service framework, ensuring timely issue resolution.

  • Validate demand over the horizon and prioritize it based on customer requirements.
  • Verify demand alignment with available POs, LCs required, regulatory clearances, artwork details, SKU codes, IL checks, manufacturing license verification, minimum shelf-life requirements, and pre-shipment document submissions to customers along with timelines, regulatory confirmations, and any other customer-specific requirements.
  • Analyze order status in our systems and gather information on scheduling, material receipt, and dispatch schedules.
  • Highlight potential issues affecting defined timelines and take end-to-end ownership of assigned orders for regions.
  • Coordinate all documentation related to shipments with CFT teams and drive shipment planning with Logistics teams to mitigate risks and delays.
  • Attend relevant meetings to obtain data and information on open orders for regions and their status updates.
  • Identify issues requiring resolution or approval/exemption by Sales Teams.
  • Arrange cross-functional meetings to resolve bottlenecks related to priority orders to ensure On-Time-In-Fulfillment (OTIF) is met.
Supply Chain Technology and Automation Strategies
  • Identify opportunities for implementing IT and automation in Order Management processes to enhance Supply Chain visibility.
  • Drive the implementation and rollout cycle for all IT and technology automations within SCM jointly with IT.
