Lead GTM Systems Design and Development

The organization seeks a top professional to staff this team.

Solution Architect/Team Lead Role

You will lead the design and development of Chargebee's GTM systems, ensuring future scalability, growth, and standardization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop deep knowledge of GTM Systems features and capabilities.

• Collaborate with product lines and Delivery Management teams to identify and promote necessary features.

• Establish strong relationships with key business stakeholders.

• Create Fit-Gap matrixes and process alignments documentation to ensure solution meets requirements.

• Develop and design requirements for GTM Systems in consultation with internal departments and subsidiaries.

• Formulate technical requirements and concepts for further development.

• Coordinate and control internal departments and external service providers.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in delivering technical architectures and implementation services for GTM Systems.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep pace with business offerings and technical innovation.

• Strong requirements, design, and documentation skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good experience with requirements, dev, and PM tools.

• Good understanding of Software Development/Implementation Lifecycle processes and technologies.
