Job Title:

Site Reliability Expert

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential system issues early and implement preventive measures to boost system resilience.
  • Automate tasks using tools and scripts to eliminate manual effort and enable rapid deployments.
  • Participate in root cause analysis (RCA), drive corrective and preventive actions, and prioritize improvements in the SRE backlog.
  • Apply programming and scripting expertise (Python, Bash) to strengthen infrastructure and services.
  • Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge with peers, and champion best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, DevOps, or software engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support.
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or similar programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong incident response and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in computer science or engineering.
  • Experience with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
