Workday US Payroll Engineer

Support the technology systems performance and reliability to meet service level targets. Create and deploy continuous performance and capacity models using various performance and availability monitoring tools, processes, and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
  • Participate actively in team discussions.
  • Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
  • Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance system reliability and performance.
Requirements:
  • Must have skills: Proficiency in Workday US Payroll, Test Management.
  • Strong understanding of performance monitoring tools and techniques.
  • Experience with capacity planning and performance tuning.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
Professional Experience:
  • Proven experience testing Workday integrations and payroll configurations.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices in the Workday environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing test documentation and reporting.
Additional Information:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Workday US Payroll required. Based in Pune. A 15 years full-time education is required.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. 4-7 years of experience in testing, with a focus on Workday projects preferred. Relevant certifications are a plus.
