We're seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Support Representative in Ontario, Canada.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to top realtors across the region, addressing their queries, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in using office tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word, and have a knack for organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

A laptop/PC, headphone, smartphone, and reliable high-speed internet connection are essential for this role. Strong business communications skills in English language for phone, chat, and email support are also required.

Candidates should be well-versed in office software and tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies if needed.

Our recruitment process includes an India office interview, Head Quarter (Canada) office interview, and a trial period of one or two weeks, depending on requirements.

Job types include work-from-home and full-time arrangements. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 hours between 5:30 pm to 9:00 am, with weekend availability and US shift consideration.
