Job Summary:

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Test Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting meetings with business or project teams to identify scope, understanding business and infrastructure thoroughly, and communicating regularly with business/development team managers.

You will prepare Non-Functional Requirement Documents, performance test strategies, and test plans, ensuring seamless execution of tasks. Your expertise in working with onsite/offshore models and performance testing tools like Neo Load & LoadRunner will be invaluable.

You will assess test readiness, develop performance test scripts, and analyze results, presenting your findings to development/business teams and securing approvals. If you have experience with LoadRunner or Neo Load such as Web/Http, Webservices, Fiddler, Chrome Developer tools, designing workload models, and performance test execution, this could be your ideal role.
