Job Description

A seasoned legal professional is sought to join a highly skilled team in the Legal Department, Office of Integrity and Compliance.

The ideal candidate will have 14-18 years' experience in a legal & compliance role, with expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining effective corporate compliance programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading global investigations, negotiating remediations, and achieving compliance objectives by contributing to Compliance & Integrity Plan reviews, preparing action plans, resolving problems, identifying trends, and implementing changes.

Maintenance of exposure to key compliance and regulatory regimes applicable to Infosys, including Whistleblower Regulations, Anti-Bribery - Anti-Corruption, Anti-Trust, Confidentiality, and corresponding processes and controls is also required.

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain an effective whistleblower program globally, consisting of seven pillars of an effective corporate compliance program.
  2. Lead global investigations into various issues, negotiate remediations, and achieve compliance objectives.
  3. Maintain exposure to key compliance and regulatory regimes applicable to Infosys.
  4. Collaborate with HR to review and enhance whistleblower systems and employee feedback mechanisms.
  5. Plan, organize, and conduct training sessions and communications to promote the whistleblower program, adhering to industry best practices.
  6. Analyze new regulations and laws by reviewing proposed and adopted legislation and regulations.
  7. Derive policy administration, trainings, and regular communications to support company positions and comply with legal requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A qualified lawyer with a JD and relevant experience as a compliance counsel.
  • Additional qualifications like CA/CFA are desirable.
