We are seeking an experienced Site Merchandiser to drive site merchandising strategies, campaign management, and content optimization, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping journey.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to plan and execute site merchandising calendars, track customer behavior, and analyze data to optimize traffic and conversion.

Key Responsibilities include owning on-site merchandising, campaigns, and promotional events for the e-commerce business, developing and executing site merchandising calendars, tracking and analyzing customer behavior, designing and refreshing storefronts, coordinating with design teams, and developing new merchandising strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in Site Merchandising / E-commerce Marketing, a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, strong written and verbal communication skills in English, ability to manage multiple projects, proficiency in Excel, and experience in data analysis to optimize site performance and customer engagement.
