Role Overview: Site Merchandising Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and agile Site Merchandising Executive to elevate the user experience across our e-commerce platforms—especially the UAE and international sites. You will play a critical role in curating product displays, optimizing listing pages, and ensuring seamless navigation that enhances customer engagement and drives conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Product Multi-Mapping

  • Maintain and optimize new product listings
  • Map products across relevant categories, occasions & themes
  • Unmap irrelevant items to ensure catalog accuracy

Page Optimization

  • Boost high-performing SKUs to prime positions
  • Highlight seasonal, promotional, and fast-moving products

Filter Enhancements

  • Create relevant filters across major category/occasion pages
  • Assign products to the correct segments for smoother navigation

Site Hygiene

  • Review titles, descriptions, and attributes regularly
  • Test key search terms for relevancy
  • Scan and fix broken links and redirects

Key Skills Required

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Quick learner of internal tools and platforms
  • Agile mindset with strong organizational abilities
