Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Merchandising located in Mumbai. The Head of Merchandising will oversee the entire merchandising strategy, including planning, selection, and execution of product lines. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing sales data, collaborating with design and sales teams, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the luxury goods or jewelry industry
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Market Research
  • Proven track record in Sales and Retail environments
  • Expertise in Marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
