E-Commerce Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized E-Commerce Operations Specialist to oversee the daily management of our e-commerce platform. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless order processing, product listing, pricing updates, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline and optimize daily operations to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Order Fulfillment: Oversee timely order processing, dispatch, and tracking to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Management: Update product listings, pricing, and inventory levels in accordance with business needs.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to online purchases with professionalism and empathy.
  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of products.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in promotional campaigns and discounts on e-commerce platforms to drive sales growth.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' strategies to enhance our online presence and stay ahead in the market.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date data for products, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Performance Metrics: Generate and interpret sales reports and other performance metrics to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar field, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
