About Our Recruitment Team

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent for our clients.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, TA leadership, and key HR contacts to develop strong relationships and ensure effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop constructive relationships with business stakeholders and hiring managers.
  • Gain a sound understanding of assigned business structures, nature of work, and business challenges.
  • Ensure effective communication with hiring managers and senior business stakeholders.
  • Become a key contact point for recruitment and sourcing queries.
  • Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity.
  • Communicate process and benefits of our recruitment services to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in search/RPO firms or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong experience in hiring for manufacturing, sales, and marketing roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and database management.
  • Boolean/advanced searches skills.
