Key Performance Indicators Analyst

We are seeking a skilled analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis and visualization.

  • Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales metrics, identify trends, and deliver insights on merchant acquisition, retention, growth, and regional performance.
  • Business Intelligence: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models using SQL, Python, and Tableau to present clear and actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Data Driven Decisions: Analyze sales data, market trends, and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Funnel Analysis: Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, and sales cycle efficiency to identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements.
  • Forecasting: Support forecasting by leveraging statistical models, historical data, and market intelligence for accurate projections.
  • Process Optimization: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalable solutions.

Requirements:

  • SQL Expertise: Strong expertise in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Python Proficiency: Proficiency in Python for data manipulation/transformations.
  • Tableau Experience: Advanced experience with Tableau for dashboarding, reporting, and visual analytics.
  • Sales Operations Experience: Experience in Sales Operations, preferably with Salesforce CRM.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Certifications: Certifications in data science, machine learning, or business analytics.
