Construction Project Manager Job Description

At Tron Homes, we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our luxury residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate multiple construction projects simultaneously, from planning through completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.
  • Address any issues or delays that arise during the construction process, finding effective solutions quickly.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project milestones and addressing any concerns.
  • Ensure that all work is performed according to contractual agreements and Tron Homes' quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, cost analyses, and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3+ years as a Construction Project Manager in residential or luxury home projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
