About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Initiatives Manager to drive business operations and growth across Elucidata. This role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities, including executing Go-to-Market (GTM) operations, managing business processes, and executing high-impact programs that support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic projects to drive revenue, efficiency, and growth, ensuring alignment with company long-term objectives and on-time, within-budget delivery.
  • Optimize Go-to-Market strategies by coordinating with product, sales, and leadership teams to support market expansion and revenue goals.
  • Design and implement scalable processes for seamless operations across all departments, continuously refining them to enhance efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and improve communication.
  • Establish and track KPIs for operational and strategic initiatives. Regularly report on progress, identify gaps, and make data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes and revenue impact.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in strategic projects, creating contingency plans to handle challenges.
  • Ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources across projects. Enhance team performance, streamline operational workflows, and optimize budget usage to maximize impact and meet company objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing outcomes and refining processes to enhance efficiency and innovation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field. A combination of Biotechnology and an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, strategic project management, or a similar role within life sciences, healthcare, or technology industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale business operations and strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in defining KPIs, managing operational performance, and driving efficiency.
  • Proficiency in business operations tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Lean).
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, navigate organizational complexities, and achieve operational success in a fast-paced environment.
