Admissions Specialist

At Acumen, Part of Sannam S4 Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Engagement & Admission Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our strategic university partners and their prospective students.

• Provide high-quality customer service to prospective students, agents, and academic decision-makers, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the applicant journey.
• Contribute to the effective service delivery by providing administrative support and maintaining records for applicants in accordance with university procedures and regulations.
• Respond to queries from applicants, providing detailed information in an accessible format, and proactively contact applicants to support their progress.
• Undertake initial checks on applications, including minimum entry requirements, multiple application identification, and data validation.
• Assist with carrying out background checks on applicants to ensure they are eligible to study at the university.
• Process application outcomes within agreed time frames and assist with the preparation of key immigration documentation for international students.
• Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping on Sannam S4's CRM and other systems.
• Work on various technology platforms to deliver duties, including CRM, Contact Centre, and external systems such as student records.
• Collaborate with colleagues at the university in a focused and professional manner.
• Stay up-to-date with development and changes to external regulations and university academic requirements, policy, and procedures.

• Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills - written and spoken English.
• The ability to manage a varied workload independently and as part of a team.
• Enjoy following and improving processes.

• Experience in Ed Tech, Education-related industries.
• Experience of working or studying abroad.
