Job Description

As an Engineering Manager at Restroworks, you'll oversee project logistics, resource allocation, and ensure projects meet their goals. You'll also manage teams, develop products, ensure quality compliance, communicate effectively, and manage budgets.

Responsibilities
  1. Project Management: Oversee project logistics, resource allocation, and ensure projects meet their goals.
  2. Team Management: Hire, supervise, and assign tasks to engineering and technical staff.
  3. Product Development: Design, implement, and refine processes for product development, testing, and manufacturing.
  4. Quality Compliance: Ensure processes meet quality and safety compliance guidelines.
  5. Communication: Communicate clearly and concisely with team members, clients, and other experts.
  6. Budgeting: Propose project and program budgets.
  7. Training: Determine the need for training and talent development, and train new employees.
  8. Stakeholder Management: Gain the trust of stakeholders and make them accept decisions and honest narratives.
