We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the web hosting industry and possess expertise in server management, virtualization, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Server Management
    • Manage, configure, and maintain both physical and virtualized servers (Linux and Windows)
    • Install, configure, and manage operating systems and essential services through remote consoles (IPMI, IDRAC, KVM).
  • Virtualization Expertise
    • Work with virtualization tools such as Proxmox, SolusVM, Virtualizor and Hyper-V.
  • Network and Tools Management
    • Handle tools like cPanel/WHM, Plesk, routers, and switches.
    • Ensure smooth operations of DNS, email servers, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, IIS, and MSSQL.
  • Protocol and Communication Management
    • Expertise in protocols such as SMTP, IMAP, POP3, HTTP, DNS, FTP, and SSH.
  • Problem Analysis and Resolution
    • Monitor hardware, applications, and network status and proactively resolve issues
  • Scripting and Automation
    • Familiarity with scripting languages to automate and streamline processes.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues.
    • Maintain strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges.
  • People Management and Leadership
    • Foster collaboration and manage team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to teammates through coaching.
    • Lead technical operations in mission-critical hosting infrastructure environments.
