Cluster Coach Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Cluster Coach to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for our sales team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile products or technology sales, with a passion for developing training content that drives measurable sales performance.

  • This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to design engaging training solutions.

To succeed as a Cluster Coach, you will need to be skilled at creating both in-person and virtual training sessions that cater to diverse sales teams. You should also have a strong understanding of sales techniques, product knowledge, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Training Programs: Design and execute customized training programs focused on product knowledge, sales strategies, and sales enablement.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide ongoing sales support and coaching to ensure teams are equipped to handle customer objections, maximize sales opportunities, and close deals effectively.
  • Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they are quickly up to speed with product offerings, company processes, and sales strategies.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Offer one-on-one coaching sessions with individual sales representatives, helping them improve their product knowledge, presentation skills, and sales strategies.
  • Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics and use data to identify training gaps or areas for improvement.

You will collaborate closely with sales leaders, product managers, and marketing teams to align training initiatives with overall business objectives. Your primary goal will be to drive sales performance through effective training and development programs.
