Job Title

The Senior Manager oversees Civil and Structure work as Head-Civil, reporting directly to the Functional Head/Campus Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute Green Field, Brown Field, Capacity Enhancement & Maintenance/Renovation of Facilities & Utilities, Upkeep old & new facilities and infrastructures
  • Prepare Scope Statement, Project Concept/Budgetary Cost, Civil & Structure Engineering, Planning/Scheduling, Contracts & Sub Contract Administration, Techno Commercial Operation, Claim & Escalation Settlement, Managing Manpower, and Equipment and Material resources to achieve desired delivery efficiency
  • Prepare CAPEX, OPEX/Revenue Budget and Monitor & Control: Ensure costing for subcontractor, equipment costs, material costs, manpower, quality & safety
  • Evaluate consultant & contractors, Prepare Tender Documents, Terms & Conditions BOQ, float
  • Review/approve Technical Data Sheet, Procedure, engineering drawings, method of statements, documents & Coordinate with other departments and sections to ensure effective integration of tasks, preventing probable upcoming problems

Ideal candidates possess a deep understanding of technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices, along with strong leadership skills and a commitment to regulatory compliance and environmental sustainability.

Requirements
  • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
  • Deep understanding of service orientation and quality focus, Facilitation skills, project management skills, project implementation and monitor
  • High Ethical conduct
  • Leadership skills with empathy to lead and develop a strong committed team
  • Self-starter and dynamic with strong commitment, perseverance to provide quality & timely project executions, with an eye for details
  • Good interpersonal & PR skills to develop cordial contacts with internal & External Stakeholders, including government bodies, etc.
  • Good written & verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

  • MS Office Tools: Microsoft Office like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Internet related
  • Technical Software: Working Knowledge of Auto Cad 2013, MS project 2013
  • SAP / ERP: Working knowledge in SAP- PP/PM/MM Module & 3 Years in ERP
  • E-bidding: Working knowledge on Online Negotiation Ariba & SAP E-biding
