Job Description:

ROLE

At Strategi Automation Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to drive sales growth and expand our customer base in the allocated territory. The ideal candidate will possess excellent product knowledge, presentation skills, and analytical abilities to generate new business and repeat business from existing customers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Visit a minimum of 3-5 customers relevant to the business segments provided daily, depending on territory allocations.
  2. Submit data on market scenarios, competitors' strategies, and other relevant information to management bi-weekly in the specified format.
  3. Ensure error-free shipment instructions are submitted to the HO.
  4. Convert and account for materials issued on customer trials.
  5. Adhere to the latest price list while sharing information on price with customers.
  6. Generate daily visit reports and weekly sales review reports as per company policy.
  7. Capture customer requirements and disseminate them to the sales and customer support teams for quotations.
  8. Coordinate with back-office support staff to address customer requirements for delivery, payment, and complaints.
  9. Constantly upgrade product knowledge to meet customer applications.
  10. Support promotional activities in allocated territories.
  11. Update the sales funnel in SAP.
  12. Record customer visit minutes in SAP.
