Top Manufacturing Excellence Leader

Lead Manufacturing Excellence in our Factory to deliver Best in Class efficiencies. Drive TPM culture and act as facilitator for TPM activities.
- Drive lean manufacturing concept, manage plant led productivity projects, and deliver at least 1 GB projects every year.
- Mentor KL/GB projects and design quarterly Manf. Excellence Engagement Programs.
Responsibilities include reduction of scheduled and unscheduled downtimes by partnering with respective functions.
Qualifications:
- TPM implementation in the plant, prepare Master plan, and develop standardized formats for FLI.
- Organize project teams, attend Steering committee meetings, and set targets for individual circles linked to pillar target.
Key Qualifications include analytical skills, process orientation, strong presentation, and communication skills.
- Any Engineering Graduate from Tier- A engineering institute with min 8 years experience into processes and leading the people; (Mech., Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Instrumentation)
- Should have TPM experience of Min 5 years with a system process driven organization;
