Job Title Purchase Executive Location Dhulagarh Howrah Industry Electrical Hardware Manufacturing Experience Required 4-5 Years Education B E Mechanical Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Purchase Executive to manage the procurement activities of our electrical hardware manufacturing unit in Dhulagarh The ideal candidate should have a strong vendor base sound knowledge of sourcing engineering components and materials and experience working in companies with 100 Cr turnover in a similar industry Key Responsibilities Develop manage and maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of materials and consumables Negotiate price terms and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery Manage end-to-end procurement process including requisition purchase order creation follow-ups and delivery Source new vendors and continuously evaluate existing suppliers for performance pricing and quality Coordinate with the store accounts and production teams to ensure timely material availability Analyze market trends to forecast material cost fluctuations and availability Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation Desired Candidate Profile B E Mechanical with 4-5 years of experience in a similar electrical hardware or manufacturing industry Strong vendor database and sourcing experience preferably in companies with 100 Cr turnover Solid understanding of engineering materials MROs and consumables used in electrical manufacturing Proven negotiation and cost-saving skills Proficient in ERP systems and MS Excel Strong communication coordination and analytical skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Industry Electrical Equipment Hardware Industrial Manufacturing
