Develop and Execute Strategic Communications Plans

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive communications strategies across regions and business units.
  • Oversee the development and management of internal communication channels, including intranet pages and other digital platforms.
  • Create engaging content materials for various audiences, encompassing written and visual formats.
  • Craft scalable communication toolkits and messaging frameworks deployable across markets.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deploy communications effectively.
  • Manage external vendor relationships for video and content creation as needed.
  • Proactively identify and address critical communications needs, including urgent requests and ad-hoc communications for key updates or announcements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communications strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in corporate and large-scale transformation project communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, business administration, or human resources management is preferred.
  • Expertise in building communications strategies and independently creating content across complex organizations and project teams.
  • Detailed knowledge of best practices in communications strategy, with a strong understanding of audience dynamics and stakeholder management.
  • Strong organizational and program management abilities, combined with creative agility and flexibility.
  • Experience in multi-channel campaign development and implementation.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English, essential for crafting clear, concise, and compelling communications.
