Senior Quality Assurance Manager

This is a senior-level position that oversees the overall quality of applications, data, and development processes. The successful candidate will have strong experience with application, data, and API testing, along with a deep understanding of QA manual and automation processes and software testing lifecycle.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can lead a team of QA Engineers focused on building test cases and automating QA workflows. They should possess strong knowledge of QA methodologies and use of automated testing software, including Agile/Scrum/SAFe, Playwright, Cucumber, TestRails, and Selenium.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership
  • Define and implement the QA strategy aligned with business and engineering goals.
  • Establish quality standards, KPIs, and metrics to measure and improve product quality.
  • Process & Methodology
  • Develop and maintain robust QA processes including test planning, execution, automation, and reporting.
  • Champion Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices to integrate QA seamlessly into the development lifecycle.
  • Conduct post-mortems and follow up with all teams to improve development processes.
  • Automation & Tools
  • Drive the adoption of test automation frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and coverage.
  • Evaluate and implement QA technologies that support scalability and innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
  • Act as the voice of quality in executive discussions and product planning.
  • Risk Management
  • Identify and mitigate quality risks early in the development process.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for critical defects and failures.
