We are seeking a seasoned Event Marketing Strategist to develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning, organizing, and managing logistics for events that align with business goals.
The successful candidate will oversee booth design, event branding, and on-site execution to ensure a high-quality brand presence. Additionally, they will manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth delivery, track budgets, and negotiate contracts.
As the primary point of contact for all U.S. event-related activities, this individual will measure event performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for future improvements. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in event marketing or event management, is required. Experience with event marketing software/tools is a plus.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Plan, organize, and manage logistics for U.S. trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align event objectives with business goals.
- Oversee booth design, event branding, and on-site execution to ensure a high-quality brand presence.
- Manage vendor relationships (event organizers, booth designers, contractors, etc.) to ensure smooth delivery.
- Track budgets, negotiate contracts, and deliver cost-effective event outcomes.

This role requires strong project management and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are also essential. Ability to work across time zones and travel within the U.S. as needed is required.
