Senior Marketing Strategist Role

We seek a seasoned marketing professional to drive B2B lead generation, performance marketing, and account engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for luxury/high-ticket products.
    • Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target niche audiences.
    • Design lead nurturing workflows using email, retargeting, and personalized content to optimize the buyer journey from MQL to SQL to deal closure.
  • Performance Marketing & SEO:
    • Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media campaigns to drive qualified leads.
    • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic discovery and authority.
    • Build and manage affiliate networks for extended reach.
  • Account & Event Marketing:
    • Plan and execute B2B event marketing campaigns, including webinars, exhibitions, and exclusive events.
    • Coordinate with sales teams for account procurement and client engagement strategies.
    • Develop customized pitches, case studies, and presentations for key accounts.
  • Reporting & Optimization:
    • Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI from all digital campaigns.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with agency background preferred.
  • Strong experience in B2B lead generation for high-value/luxury projects.
  • Hands-on expertise in:
    • Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Performance Marketing.
    • SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical).
    • Affiliate Marketing & Account-Based Marketing.
    • Proven ability to generate and nurture Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
    • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and database-driven campaigns.
    • Exposure to B2B event marketing and account procurement strategies.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, and client-facing skills.
    • Experience with high-ticket B2B sales cycles.
    • Familiarity with luxury or premium segment marketing.
    • Experience in multi-channel lead nurturing (email, retargeting, events).
